WHO AM I?

My name is Paco. I’m a passionate Personal Trainer and athlete. Over the past few years, I’ve honed my experience in the field of sport and exercise. After completing my CIOS training, I obtained my Bachelor of Sport & Health Management and Lifestyle Coach.

I have a high standard of professionalism, integrity and humour. My training methods are varied and it’s a pleasure to use them to help others.

I participated in fitness competitions and came 2nd in the Dutch Championship 2018. I was Manager and Personal Trainer at the previously named Yourlife sportclub (now Mylife) for 10 years.

WHO AM I?

I’m Daniëlle de Roode and I officially graduated as a Dietician from the Haagse Hogeschool in 2009.

I aim to gradually improve the health of Voorschoten and surrounding areas. A healthy and conscious eating pattern is important to combat common diseases such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

But how and where do you begin? The supermarkets are now packed with all kinds of foods, making it harder to find the best products. Or you might not know exactly what is good for your body and mind and what you need to avoid.

Hypes and food trends certainly don’t make choices easier. That’s why I would like to work with you. To answer any questions you may have and set you on the right path to a healthy lifestyle.

I became the mother of a beautiful girl, called Evi, in 2016.

WHO AM I?

The name’s Toos and sport has always been the common red thread in my life.

I’ve had the pleasure of practicipating in various sports, including horse riding, tennis and jujitsu.

After years of doing fitness myself, I decided to follow a Personal Trainer course. This was followed by certifications in Medical Fitness and Bootcamp.

WHO AM I?

Shané here! It’s my job to make sure you stay healthy, fit and safe through an online format (blogs, videos and social media).

While I’m in the business of writing, I’m a fan of exercising myself too. I played rugby in University and even coached it for a while. Squash used to be a focul point in my life as well.

Psst. Sports is such a passion of mine that I studied to become a Personal Trainer. I’m now officially qualified.
