BOXING AS AN EXERCISE
Personal boxing is not a form of martial arts. Instead, it is a training method that utilises punch and trap techniques.
Pads, fenders and gloves are used. So if you’re not keen on physical contact, don’t worry.
The Personal Trainer will indicate the technique and combinations you use. There is no need for a sparring partner.
WHY PERSONAL BOXING?
It will help you lose weight, improve your figure and increase fitness, strength and resilience. You also get to learn (kick) boxing. It’s a form of stress release, can be used in alternation with regular workouts and… because it is cool…
